How We Handle Your Data

• On-Device Storage: All content you create in Manifestly (such as gratitude journals, affirmations, vision boards, and identity cards) is stored only on your device.
• No Server: We do not operate any servers to receive, store, or process your personal data. The app never uploads your content to us.
• Optional iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud, synchronization occurs within your personal iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit. We do not host, access, or control this data.
• Deletion is Final: When you delete data in the app, it is removed from your device. If iCloud is enabled, it will also be removed from your iCloud account after sync. We cannot recover deleted data.

What We Do Not Collect

• No account sign-up or login
• No third-party tracking or advertising SDKs
• No analytics or crash data uploads (only offline system logs, not transmitted)

Permissions & System Services

• Photos/Media: Used only when you choose to import or save images.
• iCloud: Used only if you turn on sync; data remains in your iCloud account.
• In-App Purchases: Payments are processed securely by Apple; we never see your full payment details.

Data Retention

Your data exists only on your devices and (if enabled) in your own iCloud account. You control how long it is kept. Once deleted or the app is uninstalled, we cannot restore it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect product improvements or legal requirements. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
